• Power Plate Pilates trial session – We are proud that we developed it !   1) a Pilates circuit which include Power Plate and 2) Pilates on the Plate (both Pilates Method Alliance workshop pending).
• Good Vibes Yoga – Another first !  Developed right here by our expert Yoga instructors.  Go ahead and step up on the Plate!
• Pilates apparatus trial session with one of our expert Pilates Teachers.
